This place is a brand-new build, so will roll out the red carpet in 2021. You can be one of the first to get your hands on its fresh-out-the-box rooms, restaurants and pools.
 
It’ll boast a peaceful plot in the village of Tingaki, which is rooted on the island’s northern coast. The hotel will have its own private strip of sand, which you can reach in three minutes using the free shuttle bus.
