Mezzanine - We produce our own freshly squeezed coconut milk for our dishes and we use fresh Thai herbs grown in our own garden in Tulum -from seeds originally brought from Thailand. Everything is freshly prepared- when ordered. We use no MSG and no processed sugar- the sweetness in our dishes comes from piloncillo which is a raw form of dehydrated sugar cane juice.Wake to hot drinks and morning snacks waiting outside your door. Then find your way to the restaurant for breakfast beside the shore. All day long, the Mezzanine kitchen will keep you supplied with tempting bites – from local favourites to light salads. Or take a taste adventure to Southeast Asia, courtesy of a menu designed by renowned Thai chef Dim Geefay. Signature cocktails crafted by an expert mixologist provide the perfect finishing touch.
