Using the distinctive local landscape of Soho as a reference, London-based architectural design firm Woods Bagot constructed a building complementary to the scale of those in the area, while bringing a fresh contemporary touch to one of London’s key leisure and entertainment districts.
 
In addition to fruit, vegetables, and herbs, the plants flowering on the Roof Terrace are also used in the Ham Yard bar and kitchen: delicate and delightful to behold, the Edible Chrysanthemum is served with a selection of cocktails. The star-shaped blossoms of the Borage flower offer a mild cucumber flavor and are especially delicious in summer cocktails and homemade lemonade.
